RNA Expression of TH10785 treated human T cells

GSE309061 Homo sapiens Expression profiling by high throughput sequencing 8 samples Submitted 2025/09/29 Platform GPL24676
Summary
To investigate the transcriptomic effects of the OGG1 agonist TH10785, we treated T cells with the compound and analyzed gene expression profiles. Our aim was to evaluate the potential of OGG1 activation as a strategy to restore and preserve T cell function under conditions of oxidative stress.
