Summary
To substantiate the physiological relevance of the glutamine-BATF2 pathway, we performed bulk RNA-Seq on 15 HNSCC specimens. Then, we performed a correlation analysis between BATF2-IFN-I pathway genes and glutamine metabolism markers.
