Single-cell transcriptomic profiling of the developing human brain (GW 13, 15, and 19)

GSE310125 Homo sapiens Expression profiling by high throughput sequencing 6 samples Submitted 2025/12/05 Platform GPL34281
Summary
This dataset provides single-cell RNA profiles of the developing human brain. Samples were collected from fresh prenatal human brain tissue at gestational weeks (GW) 13, 15, and 19. For GW15 and GW19, cortical tissues were microdissected into the germinal zone (GZ) and cortical plate (CP) regions. At the earlier developmental stage (GW13), the entire frontal telencephalon, including the ganglionic eminence, was profiled. Single-cell gene expression libraries were prepared using the 10x Genomics Chromium Single Cell Gene Expression Flex Kit.
