Effect of depletion of ANAPC1P2 on OVCAR3 cells.

GSE311331 Homo sapiens Expression profiling by high throughput sequencing 4 samples Submitted 2025/11/26 Platform GPL34284
Summary
ANAPC1P2 is a chimeric pseudogene that gives rise to a novel chimeric long non-coding transcript, vA-202 (RMND5A-ANAPC1). Notably, vA-202 functions as a γ-irradiation–responsive lncRNA, becoming induced under genotoxic stress conditions. In this study, we generated ANAPC1P2-knockdown OVCAR3 cell lines (OVCAR3_KD) and performed RNA-sequencing alongside their corresponding control lines. The resulting transcriptomic datasets reveal the global changes in gene expression that occur upon loss of this lncRNA, including both upregulated and downregulated targets.
