Summary
To identify microenvironmental influences on glioblastoma (GBM) cell death response, a secreted factor modulatory screen was conducted on primary patient-derived GBM neurospheres. This screen identified several protein ligands that broadly altered GBM cell death response. To gain a better understanding of the mechanisms by which they alter cell death, we performed RNA-seq on the neurospheres following exogenous addition of the protein ligands.
