Transcriptomic profiling of HepG2 cells upon EZH2 knockdown

GSE312184 Homo sapiens Expression profiling by high throughput sequencing 8 samples Submitted 2026/05/12 Platform GPL24676
Summary
This RNA-seq dataset was generated to investigate transcriptomic changes resulting from EZH2 knockdown in the human hepatocellular carcinoma cell line HepG2. Cells were treated with either control (untreated or si-NC) or si-EZH2. Differential gene expression analysis identified genes regulated by EZH2 depletion, enabling the characterization of EZH2-dependent transcriptional programs in HCC cells. This dataset provides a resource for studying the functional impact of EZH2 on hepatocellular carcinoma transcriptome and for validation of EZH2-targeted therapeutic strategies.
