Developing a pan cancer therapy based on DISE inducing short RNAs [DISE-069.RNAseq]

GSE312334 Homo sapiens Expression profiling by high throughput sequencing 6 samples Submitted 2026/05/29 Platform GPL20301
Summary
Developing two different DISE inducing sRNAs. The first is based on the 6mer seed GGGGGC (G5C) and the second on CAG trinucleotide repeat sequences. This RNA seq analysis was designed to identify the most deregulated genes in ID8p53-/-Brca2-/- (DKO) cells transfected with either of the two Di-sRNAs, each compared to the nontargeting control sNT8.
