Hypusination of the translation factor eIF5A regulates mitochondrial tRNA processing to promote prostate cancer aggressiveness

GSE313170 Homo sapiens Expression profiling by high throughput sequencing 18 samples 2026/01/21 GPL24676GPL28038
Summary
We studied the involvement of the hypusination pathway in prostate cancer progression using various models, including patient-derived tumor organoid cell lines and in vivo mouse models. We employed different omics techniques to identify the molecular mechanisms linking hypusination to the aggressiveness of prostate cancer.
