Donor heterogeneity in cord blood?derived NK cells can influence the efficacy of NK cell?based anti-tumor immunotherapy. Here, we profile single-cell gene expression in ex vivo-expanded cord blood NK cells and primary cord blood to determine how baseline NK-cell subset composition shapes subsequent immune effector activity.
