Summary
We treated the AGR2 silencing (shAGR2) and its control groups with 300nM Gefitinib for 24 hours, while treating the AGR2 overexpression (oeAGR2) and its control groups for 72 hours. We used RNA-seq data to investigate the dynamics of AGR2 expression and its related pathway under drug treatment.
