Summary
This study sought to identify circRNAs implicated in HF progression and clarify their mechanisms. hsa_circ_0000818 inhibits HF progression by sponging miR-484 and enhancing HIPK1 expression through inhibition of Wnt/β-catenin signaling, making hsa_circ_0000818/miR-484 and its downstream gene HIPK1 potential new therapeutic targets for HF.
