Summary
Human spinal organoids (hSpO), assembloids (human cortical organoid assembled to hSpO and 3D human muscle), and assembloids treated with cytokine cocktail TNF-α, IL-1α, and C1q (TIC) were dissociated. All dissociations were enriched for either astrocytes or oligodendrocytes through immunopanning, then sequenced.
