Summary
To investigate the DHX9i response across endometrial and ovarian cancer cell lines with diverse backgrounds, total RNA was isolated from three biological replicates of cells treated with or without ATX968 (a DHX9 inhibitor). The RNA samples were then subjected to paired-end RNA sequencing on the NovaSeq X Plus (Illumina) platform.
