Summary
A transcriptomic comparison was performed between brincidofovir (BCV)-sensitive (KALS-1, T98G, and LN-18) and less sensitive (A-172, AM-38, KNS-42, LN-229, SNU-1105, SNU-466, U-138MG, and U-87MG) glioblastoma cell lines to identify determinants of drug response. The analysis revealed NYAP2 as the most upregulated and GPC6 as the most downregulated transcript in BCV-sensitive lines.
