Targeted RNA sequencing of resected hepatocellular carcinoma specimens to characterize immune gene expression associated with spatial PD-L1(+) TAM–CD8(+) T cell interactions

GSE318324 Homo sapiens Expression profiling by high throughput sequencing 16 samples 2026/04/30 GPL15520
Summary
This study investigates immune-related gene expression profiles associated with spatial interactions between PD-L1-positive tumor-associated macrophages (TAMs) and CD8-positive T cells in hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC). RNA was extracted from tumor regions of formalin-fixed paraffin-embedded (FFPE) specimens obtained from eight patients who underwent hepatectomy. Targeted RNA sequencing was performed using custom AmpliSeq panels covering cancer progression– and immunity-related genes. Raw sequencing data and processed gene expression matrices are provided to enable downstream reanalysis.
