LncRNA NAS1 deficiency drives cisplatin resistance in non-small cell lung cancer

GSE318830 Homo sapiens Expression profiling by high throughput sequencing 12 samples 2026/02/13 GPL24676
Summary
Cisplatin resistance remains a major obstacle in non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC) treatment. Long non-coding RNAs (lncRNAs) have been implicated in chemotherapy resistance, yet their specific roles and mechanisms are not fully understood. This study reveals that low expression of lncRNA NAS1 drives cisplatin resistance via NR2F1-mediated TGFB1/NF-κB signaling in NSCLC.
