RNA-seq profiling of SOX10 knockout A375 melanoma cells

GSE319443 Homo sapiens Expression profiling by high throughput sequencing 6 samples Submitted 2026/04/29 Platform GPL34295
Summary
SOX10 is a lineage-defining transcription factor that regulates melanocyte identity and melanoma cell states. To investigate the transcriptional consequences of SOX10 loss, we performed bulk RNA sequencing (RNA-seq) in A375 melanoma cells with SOX10 knockout and matched control cells. This dataset enables analysis of gene expression changes associated with SOX10 depletion and provides a resource for studying the role of SOX10 in regulating melanoma transcriptional programs and cell state transitions.
