Summary
Our study investigates the innate stimulatory properties of CpG- -glucan complexed adjuvant in local tissue. We report the single-cell transcriptomes from whole lungs of adult mice following intranasal administration of adjuvant to identify adjuvant-mediated changes to immune cell composition in local tissue.
