Summary
In order to study the transcriptional changes during the development of gemcitabine resistance in gallbladder cancer cells, we established gemcitabine resistant NOZ cells, named NOZ-R. We then performed RNA sequencing (RNA-seq) to compare transcriptome profiles between NOZ-R and parental NOZ cells.
