Summary
Bulk RNA-seq was performed to compare transcriptomic profiles of human trophoblast stem cell (hTSC)-derived organoids cultured under four conditions: rotation, floating (static suspension), shaking (horizontal agitation), and Matrigel embedding. Two independent hTSC lines (B31 and CT27) were used. Total RNA was extracted, and strand-specific poly(A)-selected libraries were sequenced on Illumina NovaSeq X Plus (PE150).
