Summary
This dataset provides RNA-seq profiles of human ES2 ovarian carcinoma cells harboring a doxycycline-regulated, inducible knockout of the FDX2 gene (FDX2-iKO ES2 cells). In this Tet-off system, FDX2 expression is maintained in the presence of doxycycline, while FDX2 knockout is induced upon doxycycline withdrawal. Cells were cultured under normoxic (20% O₂) or hypoxic (3% O₂) conditions, with or without doxycycline. The aim of this study was to define the transcriptional consequences of FDX2 loss under varying oxygen levels. Raw read counts and processed data are provided to facilitate comparative expression analyses.
