Summary
Transcriptional profiling of thoracic aortic tissue from male and female C57BL/6J mice after aortic dissection (AD) induction via continuous β-aminopropionitrile (BAPN) administration, compared with sex-matched control mice. This study aims to investigate the sex-based differences in AD susceptibility and elucidate the molecular mechanisms underlying female resistance to AD.
