Summary
The cellular states of bladder carcinoma change dynamically as tumor recurrence evolves under Gemcitabine treatment, facilitating phenotypic transitions. Thus, we employed single-cell RNA sequencing (scRNA-seq) to gain a high-resolution view of the cellular landscape in bladder carcinoma.
