Pristimerin enhances erastin-induced ferroptosis in AML cells via the ATF3/SLC7A11 axis

GSE327625 Homo sapiens Expression profiling by high throughput sequencing 6 samples Submitted 2026/04/15 Platform GPL34284
Summary
Acute myeloid leukemia (AML) is a highly aggressive hematologic malignancy predominantly seen in adults, with chemotherapy remaining the primary modality for its clinical management. Nevertheless, the efficacy of chemotherapy is often compromised by issues such as drug resistance, toxicity, and long-term adverse effects, particularly in refractory and relapsed patients. Natural products have historically served as a vital source for the development of anti-cancer agents.
