Summary
In this study we induced expression of the laminin alpha 3 splice isoform LaNt a31 in MiaPaca-2 pancreatic adenocarcinoma cells and implanted those cells into chicken egg chorioallanotoic membrane (CAM). Total mRNA seq was performed to identify genes and pathways changed through expression of this protein.
