Summary
Pulmonary fibrosis is a chronic and progressive interstitial lung disease characterized by excessive extracellular matrix deposition. Huashibaidu Granules (HBG), a traditional Chinese medicine formula, has demonstrated clinical efficacy in treating inflammatory lung diseases. In this study, we aimed to investigate the molecular mechanisms of HBG in alleviating pulmonary fibrosis. We established a bleomycin-induced pulmonary fibrosis mouse model and administered HBG at different doses. Total RNA was extracted from lung tissues for high-throughput RNA sequencing. Our results provide a comprehensive transcriptomic landscape of HBG’s intervention, highlighting its role in regulating key signaling pathways (such as TGF-β/Smad and PI3K-Akt) and macrophage polarization.
