Summary
Bulk RNA-seq was performed to investigate transcriptomic changes upon CRISPR-mediated knockout of CHP1 or TMEM87A in OVCAR8 human ovarian cancer cells (in vitro), and to assess the effect of gluconate treatment versus PBS control in an OVCAR8-NSG orthotopic tumor model (in vivo). Three independent biological replicates were profiled per condition.
