Single-Cell Atlas of Photoaged Skin Reveals JAK-STAT Blockade as a Strategy to Reverse Dermal Remodeling

GSE334230 Mus musculus Expression profiling by high throughput sequencing 3 samples Submitted 2026/06/10 Platform GPL24247
Summary
Chronic ultraviolet exposure superimposes inflammatory and matrix-degenerative insults on intrinsic aging to produce cutaneous photoaging. This study combined a chronic UVA/UVB mouse model with single-cell RNA sequencing of control, UV-exposed, and UV + ruxolitinib-treated dorsal skin to map photoaging at cellular resolution and evaluate topical JAK1/2 blockade as an intervention.
