The relationship between cell surface CD11c and neutrophil transcriptomic profiles

GSE336366 Homo sapiens Expression profiling by high throughput sequencing 26 samples 2026/06/30 GPL16791
Summary
CD11c is traditionally considered as a dendritic cell marker, but we and others reported that it is expressed in other type of cells. We recently reported that CD11c was expressed in the intracellular space of neutrophils and delineated its function. However, we do not know any functional role of cell surface CD11c in neutrophils. We decided to study the role of cell surface CD11c by sorting into CD11c negative/low neutrophils and CD11c high neutrophils.
