Overlapped transcription targets of cGAS and JunB in MDA-MB-231 cells

GSE337117 Homo sapiens Expression profiling by high throughput sequencing 9 samples 2026/07/12 GPL34284
Summary
In addition to serving as a cytosolic dsDNA sensor, we found cGAS also participates into transcriptional control on chromatin independent of nucleosomal binding. cGAS is recruited to chromatin by AP-1 factors such as JunB. The goal of this analysis is to determine the common transcriptional targets co-regulated by cGAS and JunB in MDA-MB-231 cells.
