Summary
Bulk RNA sequencing was performed to investigate transcriptomic changes in unwounded skin, vehicle-treated wounds, and brequinar-treated wounds collected from mice on day 9 after wounding. The study aimed to identify molecular pathways associated with the brequinar-induced pyoderma gangrenosum-like phenotype and to compare gene expression profiles among experimental groups.
