Summary
Francisella tularensis is a highly virulent intracellular bacterium and the causative agent of tularemia, a severe disease posing a significant bioterrorism threat. During infection, these bacteria rapidly subvert host immune responses, particularly within macrophages, their primary replication niche. However, the temporal dynamics of the host macrophage response remain incompletely characterized. Here, we announce comprehensive time-course RNA-seq datasets that systematically capture the global transcriptional profile of murine RAW 264.7 macrophages across both early and late stages of F. tularensis infection.
