Summary
Chronic rhinosinusitis with nasal polyps (CRSwNP) is a heterogeneous inflammatory disease characterized by diverse immune responses and molecular endotypes. This study performed bulk RNA sequencing of nasal mucosal tissues from 22 subjects, including 8 healthy controls, 9 eosinophilic CRSwNP (eCRSwNP), and 5 non-eosinophilic CRSwNP (neCRSwNP) patients. Transcriptomic analysis was conducted to characterize inflammatory signatures. This dataset provides transcriptomic resources for investigating inflammatory heterogeneity in CRSwNP.
