Summary
Bulk RNA-seq was performed on a hamster cell line (BHK-21) and a human cell line (K562). Cells were maintained at 37 C and then exposed to 4 C - K562 for 24 hours and 5 days, BHK-21 for 4 days - with three biological replicates per condition.
