Summary
We are performing a comprehensive cellular and molecular characterization of malignant pleural effusions. This work includes single-cell RNA and T cell receptor (TCR) sequencing of T cells isolated from the blood, tumor, and malignant pleural effusion of patients with advanced cancer. Whole exome sequencing on tumor and normal tissue was also performed.
