BioTransfer In-Silico PCR

In-silico PCR for organisms UCSC doesn't cover (C. elegans, zebrafish). Paste a primer pair and check specificity against genomic DNA and/or the spliced transcriptome — the transcript search is what UCSC's In-Silico PCR only offers for human & mouse.

Target(s)

Exact-match search on both strands. C. elegans: WBcel235 (GCF_000002985.6) genome + RefSeq transcriptome. Zebrafish: GRCz11 (GCF_000002035.6) RefSeq transcriptome only — UCSC already serves the danRer11 genome, so only the transcript level is hosted here. A junction-spanning primer pair may correctly show 0 genomic hits (the intron breaks a contiguous genomic match) while still being transcript-specific — that combination is expected.
