Transcriptome analysis of cancer stem cells in triple-negative cancer

GSE119245 Homo sapiens Expression profiling by high throughput sequencing 6 samples Submitted 2024/08/18 Platform GPL16791
Summary
Cancer stem cells (CSCs) are thought to be the source of drug resistance, metastasis and tumor recurrence in cancer treatment. The goal of this study was to identify the differentially expressed genes between CSCs and non-stem cancer cells (NSCs). RNA sequencing and bioinformatic analyses revealed that 963 genes are differentially expressed (FDR < 0.4) in TNBC CSCs as compared to NSCs.
