The effect of acidosis on adipose-derived stem cell

GSE130288 Homo sapiens Expression profiling by high throughput sequencing 8 samples Submitted 2024/04/30 Platform GPL23227
Summary
The acidic microenvironment plays a key role to result in the poor survival and limited function of transplanted stem cells in ischemic diseases. In this study, different pH levels of medium were performed to treat adipose-derived stem cells (ADSCs) with 24/48h time- exposure, to explore the effect of extracellular acidosis on ADSCs.
