Summary
To determine how Entinostat (ENT) treatment affected tumor-infiltrating CD8 T cells, we treated TS/A tumor-bearing mice with vehicle or ENT daily beginning at day 7 and performed single cell RNAseq on CD8 T cells isolated from tumors on day 17. These data suggest that ENT promotes the expansion of a proliferating, progenitor-like CD8+ T cell population that robustly generates effector cells.
