Summary
This study invesitgated the super-enhancer (SE) networks in pancreatic cancer cells and cancer associated fibroblasts (CAFs) as well as the effects of triptolide treatment on the SEs and the expression of the SE associated genes using ChIP-Seq and RNA-Seq.
