Summary
To elucidate the changes in retinal angiogenesis, we performed single-cell RNA sequencing on OIR model isolated retinal cells.We found the specific expression of AIP1 gene in endothelial cells, which is related to the formation and development of retinal blood vessels, and the expression of AIP1 gene may play a protective role in the progression of disease.
