Summary
The NIH Roadmap Epigenomics Mapping Consortium aims to produce a public resource of epigenomic maps for stem cells and primary ex vivo tissues selected to represent the normal counterparts of tissues and organ systems frequently involved in human disease. Characterization of the reference epigenome in humans by use of ChIP-Seq in a diverse panel of ES cells, tissue stem cells, reprogrammed stem cells, primary cells and tissues **************** For data usage terms and conditions, please refer to: http://www.drugabuse.gov/funding/funding-opportunities/nih-common-fund/epigenomics-data-access-policies ****************

Direct links to NCBI, no account and no request form: the whole study as GSE17312_RAW.tar, processed values as the series matrix, the supplementary file directory, and per-sample supplementary files for any of the 633 samples. Raw sequencing reads are also available from ENA.

Also filed as BioProject PRJNA34535 and SRA study SRP000996. Searching any of these in the dataset finder brings you back here.
