MYT1L Syndrome mouse model displays obesity as observed in MYT1L patients. Utilizing this mouse model, ATAC-seq and RNA-seq on adult mouse hypothalamus reveals molecular alternations related to feeding behaviors, which might contribute to obesity phenotype.
