HIFα-regulated genes in small intestine epithelial cells from naïve mice

GSE175907 Mus musculus Expression profiling by high throughput sequencing 9 samples Submitted 2024/05/29 Platform GPL21103
Summary
HIFα works as an important transcription factor to induce target genes mediating cell proliferation, metabolism and inflammation. To gain new insights into HIFα modulated genes, we used high-throughput sequencing to analyze potential HIFa regulated genes in small intestine epithelial cells from naive mice at steady state.
