Summary
Homeobox genes HOXA13 and HOXB13 have been dysregulated in various human cancers, including bladder cancer. Our aim was to identify significant differentially expressed genes (DEGs) and molecular pathways upon the HOXA13 and HOXB13 knockdown in bladder cancer cell lines.
