Summary
Eight-week-old female BALB/c mice were randomly divided into three groups (20 per group), the negative control group and positive control group were injected i.p. with normal saline (NS) or OVA (0.05 mg/day) for three times (days 1, 3, and 5), and one group was added in which the miR-676-3P mimic was given by caudal vein injection at a concentration of 7 mg/kg body weight right after the second intraperitoneal injection of OVA (day 3).
