Transcriptomic profilings of CT45A1-expressing colorectal cacner cells.

GSE193554 Homo sapiens Expression profiling by high throughput sequencing 4 samples Submitted 2025/01/11 Platform GPL24676
Summary
CT45 family members are increased in several tumor types. However, molecules of action of CT45A1 in colorectal cancer (CRC) are elusive. In an attempt to understand the biological and clincal significance of CT45A1 in CRC, we generated the CT45A1-expressing CRC lines for identifying CT45A1-regulatory circuit.
