RNA-sequencing of PC3M prostate cancer cells depleted of the RNA binding protein HNRNPA2B1

GSE198261 Homo sapiens Expression profiling by high throughput sequencing 6 samples Submitted 2025/03/08 Platform GPL18573
Summary
RNA binding proteins (RBPs) play important roles in cellular stress responses. Here we investigated the association between HNRNPA2B1, an RBP upregulated in prostate cancer, and expression of genes in stress response pathways. HNRNPA2B1 depletion in vitro using siRNA resulted in altered expression of multiple genes in the unfolded protein response (UPR) pathway in PC3M prostate cancer cells.
