Transcriptomes analyses of gastric cancer HGC-27 cell line treated with lactate

GSE200790 Homo sapiens Expression profiling by high throughput sequencing 4 samples Submitted 2024/05/29 Platform GPL24676
Summary
Lactate is a major metabolite of tumor cell as a result of Warburg effect. Yet it remains elusive whether and how intracellular lactate may ever drive tumor cell proliferation. To investigat the role of lactate in proliferating cancer cells, we treated HGC27 cells with lactate and then sent for RNA-sequencing analysis.
