microRNA/UCR expression profiling of human Barrett's carcinogenesis

GSE20099 Homo sapiens (human) Non-coding RNA profiling 51 samples Submitted 2010/01/30 Platform GPL8871
At a glance

Non-coding RNA profiling · human · 51 samples

What it is
Non-coding RNA profilingLevels of RNAs that do not code for proteins, such as miRNA or lncRNA.
Organism
Homo sapiens (human)
Topic
Esophageal cancerThis series is part of our curated briefing on it.
Samples
51 samples
Data you can get
A processed expression table (series matrix) and the array files, from NCBI.
Summary (written by the submitters)
To test the hypothesis that there are specific miRNA/UCR expression signature which characterizes Barrett's esophagus development and progression, we performed miRNA/UCR microarray analysis comparing normal esophageal squamous epithelium with all the phenotypic lesions seen in the Barrett's carcinogenic process

1 · Just have a look

Processed table

The series matrix: one table of values per sample as the submitters processed it. The smallest download, and it opens in Excel or R. Start here to see what the data look like.

2 · Re-analyse it

Supplementary files

The count tables and other files the authors uploaded. Take only the samples you need.

All supplementary files ↗
3 · The original raw files

Whole study · RAW.tar

Everything the authors deposited as one archive (GSE20099_RAW.tar), including the raw array or instrument files. Can be large; the picker in step 2 takes just the samples you need.

Also filed as BioProject PRJNA124347. Searching any of these in the dataset finder brings you back here.
